Shahela is a dedicated educator and trainer with over a decade of experience in teaching and student development. She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Bedfordshire, a Bachelor of Arts (BA), and several international certifications including IELTS, DETE, CPTE, TEFOL, and TEFSL. She is also a member of Toastmasters International and a recipient of 2 Triple Crown Awards for her achievements in communication and leadership.
She is passionate about helping students achieve academic success while building confidence and communication skills. Her teaching approach is interactive and personalized, combining real-life applications, motivation, and engaging strategies to support holistic development.
With over 10 years of experience, she specializes in English Language coaching for Edexcel and Cambridge examinations, as well as conducting professional coaching, teacher training programmes, and workshops for students and adults. She has mentored many students who have achieved top academic results and international recognition.
